Tuition & Payment Plans

SkillLife offers flexible payment plans for all cohort types. All tuition must be paid in full before the first day of class. All payments are non‑refundable.

4‑Week Day Cohort

  • Tuition: $1,200

  • Seat Hold: $150

  • Payment Plan: $300/week (pre‑class)

5‑Week Evening Cohort

  • Tuition: $1,200

  • Seat Hold: $120

  • Payment Plan: $240/week (pre‑class)

6‑Week Hybrid Cohort

  • Tuition: $1,200

  • Seat Hold: $100

  • Payment Plan: $200/week (pre‑class)

Students who choose a payment plan must complete all payments before the first day of class. Students who do not complete payments will forfeit their seat.

SkillLife is one of the few CNA training programs in Memphis offering modern, flexible payment options designed for today’s students. 1. How much is the CNA program?

The total tuition for the CNA Training Program is $1,200. This includes classroom instruction, skills lab, clinical placement, and training materials.

2. Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?

No. You may choose to pay in full or use our pre‑class payment plan. All payment plan installments must be completed before the first day of class.

3. What is a seat hold fee?

The seat hold fee reserves your spot in the cohort. It is non‑refundable and applied toward your tuition.

Seat is not guaranteed until the fee is paid.

4. Are payments refundable?

No. All payments are non‑refundable, including:

  • Seat hold fees

  • Tuition payments

  • Payment plan installments

  • Fees for uniforms, background checks, or required documents

5. When is my tuition due?

All tuition must be paid in full before the first day of class. Students with unpaid balances cannot attend class, lab, or clinicals.

6. What happens if I miss a payment?

Your seat may be released to the next student on the waitlist. You will need to re‑enroll and pay a new seat hold fee.

7. Can I start class if I still owe money?

No. Students must have a zero balance before attending class, lab, or clinicals.

8. Do you accept Workforce or third‑party funding?

Yes. Students must submit written approval from the funding agency before enrollment. If funding is delayed or denied, the student is responsible for the remaining balance.

9. What if my payment is returned or disputed?

Returned or disputed payments result in:

  • Immediate suspension from the program

  • A $35 returned‑payment fee

  • Replacement payment in certified funds

10. Can I transfer my payments to another class?

No. Payments are non‑transferable to future cohorts or other students.

11. When will I receive my Certificate of Completion?

Certificates are issued only when:

  • All tuition and fees are paid

  • All program requirements are met
